A Fantastic ewe’s milk cheese made by Selina Cairns and her team down at Errington Farm in Lanarkshire. they started making Corra Linn in 2008/2009.. The idea originally came to them as the solution to a problem; they have a glut of sheeps’ milk in the spring and early summer. When they were only making blue cheese they found it was becoming too strong so now they make Corra Linn during the period they have lots of milk.
