- LANDANA 500 DAYS
Matured for 500 days in traditional, historic warehouses in Woerden; where the unique microclimate is controlled to create a distinctive, consistent flavour. Located right next to the Old Rhine River, temperature and humidity are controlled naturally by opening and closing different shutters in the building to allow air to flow in from the river. During the long maturation period Landana looses up to 25% of its weight, resulting in a dense, sweet cheese with dry, slightly crystalline texture and a rich caramel colour.
- COEUR DE NEUFCHATEL
Our Neufchatel has a smooth and semi hard texture with a velvety bloomy rind. Matured for 8–10 weeks, the taste and texture is reminiscent of a Camembert; mushroomy, rich, nutty and slightly yeasty. This cows’ milk cheese is guaranteed to melt your loved ones heart
A soft and fruity goat’s cheese made in Somerset, English. This small round of cheese is made with goat’s milk, washed in Somerset cider brandy and wrapped in vine leaves. The goats goat’s milk gives the cheese a nice sharp flavour with the cider providing a nice and fruity back taste. The vine leaf gives the cheese an unexpected texture. An all round surprising but lovely cheese
- LANARK BLUE
Lanark changes from season to season. Early season cheese has along, lingering sweet flavour with a sharp undertone; late season cheese is punchier and more savoury. Lanark Blue and its creator – Humphrey Errington are seen as pioneers of Scottish Artisan cheese. Lanark Blue has been made since the 1980s and Errington famously won a court battle to allow the continued use of raw milk in his cheeses
- SANTA JULIA MALBEC
Named after the only daughter of founder José Zuccardi, Santa Julia is an estate with a clear environmental conscience. All their wines are created through the employment of sustainable policies, which as well as protecting the environment, aim to ensure that every effort is taken to benefit the wider community that surrounds the estate. This entry level Malbec has a wonderful fruity character and displays excellent balance between tannins, alcohol and acidity.
Medium to full bodied Malbec, packed with damson and black fruit flavours, lovely spice on the finish.
