Grimbister Farmhouse cheese. Founded by Hilda Seator, this small dairy is now run by her daughter Anne. Grimbister Farmhouse Cheese is made from local cows milk. The recipe is simple but effective – until recently the Seator family did not use a starter culture but just let the milk’s natural bacteria do its work. The small quantities produced allow this cheese to be as true to its roots as possible. Fresh, lactic and creamy tasting. We age it for 8 weeks to build a rind and add some more complex flavours
