A natural, lactic set cows’s milk cheese from Austrais, Spain. Dusted with high quality paprika the geotricm rind naturally blooms around the cheese leaving a subtle red colour. The consistency can be variable depending on the age of the cheese. It varies between 45-60 days of maturation so the texture is smooth but not runny. It has a creamy texture with a spicy note from the Paprika.
