Dunsyre Blue is made from raw milk and matured in their old stone farm buildings for 2-4 Months. It is generally one of the stronger blue cheeses on the market with a rich and creamy yet slightly spicy taste lingering on the palette.
ST ANDREWS FARMHOUSE CHEDDAR
A sweet and nutty 12 month aged cheddar made by Jane Stewart at St Andrews farmhouse Cheese. Creamy and hard texture with a nice finish.

CLAVA BRIE – V
An organic brie style cheese. Made by Connage Dairy up in the highlands of Inverness-shire. This wonderfully creamy brie-style cheese is strong in flavour with a surprisingly nice bitter taste to it. Clava is named after a bronze aged circular burial cairn near the farm.

The milk comes from Mossigeil Farm in Ayrshire and is made from Bryce Cunningham’s herd of Organic Ayshire cows. Bryce operates a high welfare dairy farm ‘calf at foot’ stay with their mothers and are fed a natural grass fed diet so the milk is of very good quality, perfect for Cheese Making.

BONNET – V
One of Scotland’s few goat’s milk cheese made in Ayrshire by Dunlop Dairy. This semi-hard goat’s cheese has a fruity taste but a reasonably strong flavour due to being aged for 6-8 months.

This celebration cake serves approximately 180 guests. We only provide the cheese for the celebration cake and you can buy accompaniments from our range. We leave the decoration side of things entirely up to you! Although we don’t sell decorations for celebration cakes, we have constructed a cake or two in our 25 years so if you need any help or advice do feel free to contact us.

Please make sure and place your order at least 2 weeks in advance of your event to give maximum security that we will the cheese in stock. We advise choosing a delivery date 2/3 days prior to your event to provide maximum security that your cake will arrive on time. Alternatively you can have it delivered to one of our stores for pick up as long as you specify a date of collection in our comments box.
